Training

Training imparted by the experienced and retired personnel from Ex-Army and Para Military forces .The Company is having its state to art Training Centre at Ahmedabad where training is provided to the newly recruited security personnel as per the PASARA norms.. A periodical need base refreshment training is also imparted. Trainer/Instructors are also assigned to visit client's premises periodically to impart "on the job training" to the Security Personnel while they are on duty.

The selection of the Security Personnel is made on the basis of skill and experience, physical fitness and mental ability, educational qualification, age and background verification. This is done to ensure that the individual selected is fully competent to discharge the duties assigned to him, to the entire satisfaction of the client.
